Binks Trophy Series Spray Guns incorporate some of the best features of our popular Trophy hand gun. The Trophy automatic offers total control of atomizing air pressure, side port air, fluid flow, and spray patterns in high and low production settings. The latest advancements in atomization technology have been incorporated for achieving consistent, fine finishes when spraying a wide range of industrial coatings. The guns are offered in three different atomization technologies: HVLP, LVMP and Conventional.


  • Balanced and uniform pressure and distribution inside the air cap produces uniform spray particle distribution.
  • Tuff Tip Hardened fluid nozzles last longer.
  • Easy-grip air cap ring for easy removal and installation.
  • One stainless steel needle for all fluid nozzles reduces inventory.
  • Needle seal cartridge assembly can be removed as one complete assembly.
  • Needle knob can be used to remove piston for convenience.
  • Long life seal lasts twice as long than typical seals.
