How SprayLab Works

The first step in designing a finishing system is to determine the best application method:

  • HVLP
  • Air spray
  • Air assist airless
  • Airless
  • Conventional
  • Electrostat
  • Powder

Applications are tested and defined from among:

  • Automatic
  • Semi-automatic
  • Manual

Next come:

  • Coating requirements
  • Curing
    • Convection
    • Infrared
    • Infrared hybrid
  • Cool time schedule
  • System layout/floor space utilization

All of this is done without interruption to the customer’s production line.
