Spray Equipment & Service Center Puts Core Value “Driven to Serve” into Action Through Community Service
Wichita, KS [November 4, 2025] — At Spray Equipment & Service Center, serving others is more than a business philosophy; it is a core value. This year, the company’s dedication to “Driven to Serve” came to life through hands-on community service initiatives by its leadership and field teams.
During the Branch Managers’ annual meeting, the team spent a day volunteering at Dear Neighbor Ministries, where they assisted with sorting and packing food and organizing donations. This effort demonstrated the company’s commitment to making a positive impact both in the community and for its customers.
Building on that momentum, Spray Equipment & Service Center’s National Sales Meeting brought together territory managers, leadership, and engineers for a second day of service across multiple Wichita-area nonprofits, including the Kansas Food Bank, Dear Neighbor Ministries, Simply Hygiene, and Youth Horizons. Volunteers spent the afternoon organizing food donations, assembling hygiene kits, assisting with home construction projects, and improving outdoor spaces for local children. Each activity reflected the company’s ongoing commitment to teamwork, community involvement, and living out it’s Driven to Serve values.
